A ditty from my drive home...

I'm staring out into the night,
Trying to hide the pain.
I'm going to the place where love
And feeling good don't ever cost a thing.
And the pain you feel's a different kind of pain.

I'm going home,
Back to the place where I belong,
And where your love has always been enough for me.
I'm not running from,
No, I think you got me all wrong.
I don't regret this life I chose for me.
But these places and these faces are getting old,
So I'm going home.
Well I'm going home.

The miles are getting longer, it seems,
The closer I get to you.
I've not always been the best man or friend for you.
But your love remain true and I don't know why.
You always seem to give me another try.

So I'm going home,
Back to the place where I belong,
And where your love has always been enough for me.
I'm not running from,
No, I think you got me all wrong.
I don't regret this life I chose for me.
But these places and these faces are getting old,
So I'm going home.
I'm going home.

Be careful what you wish for,
'Cause you just might get it all.
You just might get it all,
And then some you don't want.
Be careful what you wish for,
'Cause you just might get it all.
You just might get it all, yeah.

She'll be flat on her ass, wet and dirty when that bubble bursts.

P.S. As I was leaving my review, I read jillybean's own review. I have to post it here; it is wise and wonderful:
"Sometimes I need to remember. Love is not a feeling I have, it is the commitment we make everyday. It is the choices we make when he/she is not looking. It is knowing the small of my back, the roundness of my hips and the softness of my breasts. It is the safety of his footsteps walking in the door. It is his willingness to put on the armor and fight my demons so we can move past this. It is the knowing. The knowing. The knowing comes when the miracle happens. When your relationship is no longer about unpacking the baggage you both brought with you, but instead carrying it together to the curb because it is no longer of use. But, it is also the grace that if our love were to change, we give our permission to leave. There is no greater sadness than to be invisible and call it love. ~Jillybeans"

...TV. Had a bunch of TV this week while visiting my mom. Not that I never watch it, I just never watch things like The View, House, CSI.

Tonite she had on a 2 hour episode of The Starter Wife. I would catch bits and pieces as I bopped in and out.
Apparently, one of Debra Messings' friends was dealing with a husband who never wanted to have sex. I saw one scene with him in bed reading, her trying on a seductive outfit and a little dance, I think he said something like "What's all this about?" (or maybe "That's different.") before she slithered away redfaced. Don't know if she threw the outfit in the trash or not.
Later, I caught another scene with this couple. He was on the computer and she said something I didn't catch; he got up and basically told her "Look, I'm just not attracted to you but because I love you so much, it's fine with me if you get a boyfriend...as long as you don't fall in love."
What I loved was her response, which was sort of like "What?? You are OUTSOURCING me??

When he went back to his desk, I couldn't help thinking "Yes, doll, your position has been filled by some "person" on the internet!"

Then a dog food commercial came on, and I was back to laughing hysterically at mom's dog. This dog WATCHES TV and WAITS for animals to come on, then barks and dances and stands up on her hind legs. Priceless.

****...right, BabyGirl??
